Desklog's identity was once tied to monitoring. We strategically pivoted towards workforce intelligence, giving managers and employees shared visibility to optimise their day without the pressure of surveillance.
The aim was a design language that feels collaborative rather than controlling.
My part of the work: redesigning Desklog modules to improve dashboard navigation, time tracking and workflow clarity, and building responsive frontend components from Figma with a mobile-first approach.

The goal
Simplify the message, shorten the journey
The goal of this redesign was to create a more user-friendly and conversion-focused homepage that clearly communicates Desklog’s value. By improving content structure, visual hierarchy, and user flow, the redesign helps visitors understand the platform faster and encourages them to take action.
The work covered UX research, wireframing, visual design, responsive layouts, typography exploration, a colour system and the complete homepage redesign.
Problem
What was not working
Desklog offers powerful tools for time tracking, employee monitoring, and workforce management, but the existing homepage failed to communicate that value effectively. Users were overwhelmed by feature-heavy content, inconsistent visual emphasis, and an unclear journey from discovery to action. This resulted in reduced engagement and difficulty showcasing the product’s competitive advantages.
Solution
What changed
The redesign transformed the homepage into a conversion-focused experience that balances product depth with simplicity. Through refined information architecture, stronger visual storytelling, and streamlined content sections, users can now understand Desklog’s benefits within seconds. The new design improves feature discoverability, builds trust, and guides visitors naturally toward booking a demo or starting a free trial.
